To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Production times vary depending on the product and selected options (paper type, finish, etc.). Production begins once your order is approved and payment is processed. Below are some examples of production times:
Calendars: 3-6 business days.
Business Cards: 2-8 business days, depending on the paper and finish.
Brochures: 3-7 business days, depending on paper type.
How do I calculate the shipping time?
Shipping time starts the day after your order has shipped. For example, if your order ships on Monday and you selected 2-day shipping, your order should arrive on Wednesday.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I calculate the total delivery time?
- Total delivery time includes both production and shipping time. For example, if your product takes 3 business days to produce and you selected 2-day shipping, you can expect your order to arrive in 5 business days.
Do you offer rush production?
- Yes, rush production is available for certain products and finishes. Rush production times typically cut the regular production time by half. However, rush production is not available for all products, so be sure to check the product page for availability.
What file formats do you accept for uploads?
- We accept the following file formats: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, EPS, and TIFF. For best results, please upload files in PDF format and ensure all layers are flattened.
How will I receive a proof of my order?
- For custom designs, we provide digital proofs before production. Once you approve the proof, we will begin production.
What if there are issues with my uploaded file?
- If there are any issues with your uploaded file (e.g., low resolution, incorrect format), we will notify you promptly to resolve the issue. This may delay your production time, so it’s important to ensure your file meets our requirements.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
- Yes, we offer bulk discounts for larger orders. Contact us directly to discuss pricing for orders over 5,000 units.
Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
